About the Centre for Skeletal Biology (CSB)The CSB was created by a team of Canadian researchers with a vision to provide bone and joint phenotyping services to the research community. It operates out of the Centre for Modeling Human Disease (CMHD), a full service mouse “clinic” in the Toronto Centre for Phenogenomics (TCP), where it has access to specialized equipment, highly-qualified personnel and expertise not only in the field of skeletal biology but in other organ systems. In addition to these services, the centre hopes to facilitate research in osteoporosis, arthritis and other fields of skeletal biology by curating relevant protocols from the research community and providing online links to useful resources.
